Return & Refund Policy

At Whatha Health, we take pride in the quality of our functional beverages and your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our health-related ingredients and consumable products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance with Florida and federal regulations.


🔄 All Sales Are Final

Once a product has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This protects the quality and safety of our beverages, especially those infused with cannabinoids.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (damaged packaging, leaking cans, wrong product)

Email this information to info@forestgoldwater.com.

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected product(s), OR

  • A refund or store credit (at our discretion) for the damaged portion of your order

⚠️ Note: Minor dents or cosmetic damage that do not affect safety or quality are not eligible for a refund.


🔁 Lost or Stolen Packages

If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.

  2. Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.

  3. Contact USPS directly to open a case.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to assist you.


🚫 Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot issue refunds or replacements if:

  • The shipping address was incorrect.

  • The recipient is under 21 and cannot legally receive cannabinoid products.

  • The shipping address is outside of Florida (we ship only within Florida).

  • Beverages have been opened or partially consumed.

  • Products were purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.

  • Promotional items, gift cards, or digital products.


💳 Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product (if applicable).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All cannabinoid-based beverages are lab-tested and compliant with Florida regulations (less than 0.3% Δ9-THC). By purchasing, you acknowledge understanding applicable laws and agree not to request refunds for personal sensitivity to cannabinoids.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
