At Whatha Health, your wellness experience starts the moment you place your order. We are committed to delivering your products quickly, securely, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
📍 Shipping Territory
We currently ship only within the state of Florida. Orders placed from outside of Florida will be automatically canceled and refunded. This restriction ensures we comply with state-specific regulations governing the sale and distribution of functional beverages that may contain cannabinoids such as CBD, CBG, or THC (within legal limits).
🚚 Carrier Information
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

Please note: Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high demand.
🧾 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly at usps.com.
🚫 Legal Age & Restricted Delivery
To comply with state law, some products (such as those containing cannabinoids) may only be sold and delivered to customers aged 21 and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. In some cases, age verification may be requested at delivery.
🧊 Heat-Sensitive Product Advisory
While our cans are stable, extreme heat may affect flavor or freshness. We recommend promptly refrigerating your products upon delivery.
📦 Shipping Issues or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly.
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact USPS directly.
If the issue persists, reach out to our team at support@whathahealth.com within 7 days of the marked delivery.
💳 Return to Sender / Incomplete Address
Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs. To reship, a new order must be placed.
⚠️ Important Disclaimer
Whatha Health complies with all federal and Florida state regulations regarding the shipping of cannabinoid-infused products. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses for items containing CBD, THC, or CBG. All products are tested and meet the legal limit of less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight, where applicable.
