Where do you ship?
- We currently ship only within Florida.
How long does shipping take?
- Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.
Do I need to be 21 to buy?
- Yes, cannabinoid products require 21+ and may require Adult Signature at delivery.
Will your THC products get me “high”?
- THC may cause intoxication and impairment. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Start low and go slow.
Will I fail a drug test?
- Use of THC products can result in a positive drug test. Even hemp-derived products may contain trace THC. Use at your discretion.
Are your products lab-tested?
- Yes. Every cannabinoid product is third-party tested. COAs are linked on corresponding product pages.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
- Not for cannabinoid products due to age-verification requirements.
What is your return policy?
- Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged—what now?
- Email photos to info@forestgoldwater.com within 48 hours so we can fix it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to help. Email us ASAP with your order number.
Do your products contain sugar or allergens?
- See each product page for the full ingredient list and nutrition facts. Avoid use if you’re sensitive to any listed ingredient.
How should I store the products?
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume promptly.
