Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Florida.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.
Do I need to be 21 to buy?
Yes. Cannabinoid products require 21+ and may require Adult Signature at delivery.
Will your THC products get me “high”?
THC may cause intoxication and impairment. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Start low and go slow.
Will I fail a drug test?
Use of THC products can result in a positive drug test. Even hemp-derived products may contain trace THC. Use at your discretion.
Are your products lab-tested?
Yes. Every cannabinoid product is third-party tested. COAs are linked on corresponding product pages.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Not for cannabinoid products due to age-verification requirements.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged—what now?
Email photos to info@forestgoldwater.com within 48 hours so we can fix it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to help. Email us ASAP with your order number.
Do your products contain sugar or allergens?
See each product page for the full ingredient list and nutrition facts. Avoid use if you’re sensitive to any listed ingredient.
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume promptly.
