Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the state of Florida, USA. Orders with a shipping address outside Florida will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Processing times
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Transit times
- USPS Standard: typically 3–5 business days after processing.
- Carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons may extend delivery times.
Rates & taxes
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination within Florida.
- Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Age verification & delivery
- For orders containing cannabinoid products (CBD/THC/CBG), Adult Signature (21+) may be required at delivery.
- We do not ship cannabinoid products to P.O. Boxes.
Address issues
- Enter your address carefully. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is marked “Return to Sender,” we can reship to a corrected Florida address (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price (shipping is non-refundable).
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If something is missing, damaged, or leaking:
1. Take clear photos of the box, shipping label, and product, and
2. contact us within of delivery. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier investigation. Reshipments or refunds are issued after the investigation concludes.
Force majeure
We aren’t liable for delays caused by events outside our control (weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, etc.).
