Our goal
We want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, we’re here to help—within reasonable safety and quality guidelines for consumable products.
Return window & condition
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Final sale/clearance items.
- Gift cards and digital products.
Wrong, defective, or damaged
If you received the wrong item, or your product is defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund.
How to start a return.
1. Email info@forestgoldwater.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization and instructions.
3. Pack items securely and ship using a trackable method.
Costs & restocking
- For remorse returns (not our error), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We reserve the right to apply up to a 10% restocking fee on non-defective returns to cover inspection and handling.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds to the original payment method are typically issued within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase to ensure inventory accuracy.
Out-of-state orders
Orders shipping outside Florida are cancelled and refunded automatically (processing times apply).
