1. Eligibility for Returns
- Only products purchased directly through whathahealth.com are eligible for return or replacement.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition in which you received it.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
⚠️ Note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened beverages or products that have been partially consumed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened or partially consumed cans.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
- Promotional items, gift cards, or digital products.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@forestgoldwater.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue store credit.
4. Return Process

- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue your refund or replacement.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
